Add vegetables to your break fast dishes.

Add them in sandwiches.
Add the vegetables in your favorite sandwiches. Place them inside hot or cold sandwiches. Or can add them in Frankie. Even simpler way is to add the vegetable salad in Chapati or roti, roll it and eat it.
Drink your vegetables.
Prepare soups from your favorite vegetables like spinach or tomato or clear soup. Even you can go for combination soups like lady finger and carrots.
Grill vegetables with your favorite flavor. Even you can grill it with paneer. Do not forget to brush vegetables with slight olive oil before grilling.
If people do not like over cooked vegetables just change your style of cooking vegetables. Trying to cook vegetables in texture enhancing ways like simple stir-fries in your favorite sauce will be a great option.
