Start with this and see the difference

Breakfast:

Stock up on your day’s fuel with your breakfast. Never go too light on breakfast else you will weaken during the day.  Avoid white bread or cereals and go for whole grain. Pan cakes can be a better option.

Lunch:

For lunch fruits like one banana, orange, mangoes and other seasonal fruits can be the best treat.  Along with the fruits cucumber and carrots can also work as excellent fillers.

Dinner:

Take the dinner early in the evening. This will be a key for weight loss. This will give you time for a brisk walk after two hours of your dinner.  Broccoli and carrots (raw cooked) can be good light dinner.  They won’t leave you starving.

Drink a lot of water. By this you can get rid of the excess fluid your body was retaining.

What to avoid?
•    Caffeine
•    Carbonated soft drinks
